Cooking Directions: 1. Fill your favorite pot with 6 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add Goodless spirals and cook 9-11 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2. Drain well (no rinsing, please!) and throw back into the pot. 3. Add 1/4 cup low fat milk and Goodless cheese. (If you want, throw in 1 tbsp butter for richer flavor.) 4.
