Robert Mondavi Winery Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon Red Wine delivers intense dark plum and blackberry fruit flavors across the palate, complemented by aromas of licorice, chocolate, violet, and warm vanilla spice. Fresh and lively, this delicious, full-bodied red wine is marked by plush tannins and a polished structure. Fruit for this Napa Valley wine is sourced from selected sites throughout Napa Valley, from St. Helena to Carneros. Composed primarily of Cabernet Sauvignon with Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, and Malbec for added complexity. The fruit was harvested by hand and cold soaked for several days for enhanced freshness and fruit character. The wine was aged for 18 months in French oak (32% new). Pair a glass of this delicious red wine with bison burgers and blue cheese or with your favorite steak, lamb, or pasta dishes. For optimal taste, store this 750ml bottle of wine at room temperature, but refrigerate for about 30 to 60 minutes before serving.
