The 2022 Acrobat Pinot Noir delivers notes of dark cherry, raspberry, rich plum and cinnamon on the nose. Bright acidity and elegant tannins shine on the palate, leading to a juicy but delicate finish. Winemaking for the 2022 Acrobat Pinot Noir was dictated by one goal: capture the best attributes of Oregon. Early harvest, stainless steel fermentation, gentle cap management, and French oak aging all aimed at revealing the bright red fruits, and ripe tannins.
