Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw on refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Thawing Instructions: Thaw your turkey 1-3 days in advance of cooking. Thaw turkey in cold water, in the original wrapping. Never let your turkey get warm. Do not thaw overnight or leave unattended. Thaw turkey until bag feels soft. The cold water should be changed every 30 minutes. Allow approximately 30 minutes per pound. Cook from than instructions: 1. Rinse turkey breast with cold water 2. Preheat oven and bake at 325 degrees F. 3. Place breast-side up in an open pan, add about 2 cups of water to the bottom of the pan. 4. Insert the meat thermometer into the breast, making sure it does not contact the bone. When the turkey breast reaches 165 degrees F the turkey breast is done. Cooking times very based on weight of breast and ovens. Weight (lbs): 4-6; Hours: 1 1/2 to 2 1/4. Weight (lbs): 6-8; Hours: 2 1/4 to 3 1/4. For food safety, cook thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 170 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Perishable | Keep frozen.
