Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw on refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Thawing Instructions: Thaw your turkey 1-3 days in advance of cooking. Thaw turkey in cold water, in the original wrapping. Never let your turkey get warm. Do not thaw overnight or leave unattended. Thaw turkey until bag feels soft. The cold water should be changed every 30 minutes. Allow approximately 30 minutes per pound. Cook from than instructions: 1. Rinse turkey breast with cold water 2.
