Directions

Previously handled frozen for your protection, refreeze or keep refrigerated. Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (Including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Suggestions: Conventional Oven: Remove ribs from package. Place ribs in a shallow roasting pan. Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until tender and meat reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F. If desired, brush or baste with favorite sauce during the last 10-15 minutes of cooking time. Grill: Heat grill. Remove ribs from package. Place ribs on grill. Grill over indirect heat for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until tender and meat reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F. If desired, brush or baste with favorite sauce during the last 10-15 minutes of cooking time.
