Cooking Instructions: 1. Combine Hush Puppy Mix (entire package), 1 egg and water (4 tbsp.) in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth. 2. Drop batter into oil heated to 350 degrees F by scoop or tablespoon and deep fry until golden brown and internal temperature is 160 degrees F. Drain on paper towels and serve hot. Enjoy! Variations: Mix fresh diced onions or green onions to the batter. Makes up to 10 hush puppies.
