Cooking Instructions: 1. Combine seafood batter mix (entire package) and beer or club soda (1 cup) in a large bowl. 2. Dip fish into the batter mixture until completely coated. Shake off excess batter. 3. Heat oil to 350°F. Slowly dip each piece in the hot oil and hold for 2-3 seconds before dropping into the deep fryer. Fry until golden brown and internal temperature is 145°F. Enjoy! Coats up to 1.5 lbs. of fish. Perfect for seafood, tempura vegetables & more!
