Zatarain's Rice Pilaf saves weeknights. Whether you're servin' it up as a quick and filling rice side dish or adding chicken, beef or seafood to make it an easy meal, you know it's going to be loaded with great flavor. Pilaf is an ancient dish with variations found across Central Asia, the Middle East, India, Eastern Europe and the Caribbean. A hallmark of this classic side dish is distinct grains that are perfectly tender and infused with flavor. Zatarain's uses a long grain rice and orzo combination to achieve the perfect texture, seasoned with the vibrant and savory flavors of garlic, onion and bell pepper. *Except those naturally occurring glutamates
