Shake well before using. Directions: 1. Place brisket, fat side up into an oven bag or oven safe pan. 2. Shake marinade well and pour Claude’s over meat, 1/4 cup per pound. 3. Seal brisket or roast in Claude's Marinade. Bake at 300 degrees F for approximately 45 minutes per lb. or until meat reaches 180 degrees F and shreds easily. 4. Let meat rest before slicing. Remaining pan juices may be diluted with water to use as gravy. Tips: Perfect for large cuts such as briskets, beef or pork roasts.
