Gluten free pasta cooks just like traditional pasta! Simply boil 4-6 quarts of salted water, add the pasta and boil uncovered for 13 minutes. We love to cook our fettuccine for 13 minutes for a true ""Al Dente"" texture, but you can add 1 extra minute for more tender pasta.

Directions
1. Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a boil. Add salt to taste. 2. Add pasta to water and boil for 13-14 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Drain well and serve with your favorite pasta sauce.
