Directions
Directions: Deep Frying: 1. Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. 2. Moisten chicken with water or milk. Shake off excess moisture. 3. Coat chicken with chicken fry mix (1/2 cup per pound of chicken) by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling food in chicken fry. 4. Deep fry chicken for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
