Faire La Fete is a French bubbles brand from Limoux in the south of France. The traditional method for making sparkling wine was first documented in France by the monks of Limoux and the original French bubbles came from this region, more than 150 years before sparkling wine was made in Champagne. Faire La Fete French bubbles have all the quality of a fine Champagne but for one-third the price, and half the sugar of Prosecco! Our bubbly is sustainably hand-harvested by the growers of Limoux and produced methode traditionnelle for fine bubbles. The ripeness and quality of Limoux Chardonnay, blended with Chenin Blanc and Pinot Noir, gives Faire La Fete a lush flavor without the need for a high dosage, making our bubbly low in sugar (just 7 grams!) as well as gluten free and vegan friendly. Faire La Fete means "to throw a party" in French and to us, any reason is a good reason to celebrate. Tres joy!

Faire La Fete Brut is French bubbles at its finest, offering all the quality for one third the price of Champagne. Our Brut blend is predominantly Chardonnay rounded out with Chenin Blanc and Pinot Noir. The wine is sustainably hand-harvested and produced methode traditionnelle in Limoux, Southern France. Faire La Fete Brut is a high quality sparkling with fine bubbles, great texture, and beautiful depth of flavor; PLUS it is low in sugar (just 7 grams per liter), gluten free, and vegan friendly. With wine this good for this price, any reason is a good reason to pop a bottle and celebrate.

Tasting Notes
Faire La Fete Brut: golden, vibrant baked apple, white cherry, lemon meringue. Prominent, delicate mousse, lush finish. Low dosage, excellent value!
