The story of our tamales true to tradition, we're still making tamales the way our family did over 65 years ago, choosing time-honored methods over shortcuts. Heating instructions (2 tamales) microwave remove from bag. Place in microwaveable dish with 2 tbsp of water. Cover loosely to vent. High 2½ - 3½ minutes. Let stand 1 minute. Note: microwave ovens vary. Heat time may require adjustment. Stove top (recommended) remove from bag. Place in steamer. Cover. Medium high 15-20 minutes. Traditionally wrapped in corn husk. Remove wrapper before serving product.
