Overnight Thaw: Remove sealed fish package from box. Carefully puncture sealed fish package. Refrigerate until completely thawed (about 8-10 hours). Note: Do not thaw in refrigerator with vacuum seal intact. Cold Water (quick) Thaw: Submerge sealed fish package in cold water until thawed. Keep frozen until ready to use. Serve immediately after thawing. Maintain product temperature below 38 degrees F after thawing when not in use. Store thawed fish in refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze. Do not use if vacuum pack is punctured or leaking prior to opening. Mix & Serve: Once thawed, mix tuna with sauce packet (included with kit) in a bowl. Add additional toppings of your choice. Mix and serve immediately. Wasabi Ahi serving suggestion: Add 1/4 cup of diced white onion and diced green onion. Keep frozen.
