Farm Raised Atlantic Salmon, Sriracha Sauce, Sesame Oil, Sambal Oelek Sauce (AKA Red Chili Paste), Sesame Seeds, Masago Capelin Fish Roe, Inamona (Roasted Kukui Nuts), Sea Salt.

Warning

Contains: fish (atlantic salmon and capelin fish roe), sulfites, sesame, soy, wheat, and tree nuts (kukui nuts).,May contain bones or scales.

Directions

Overnight thaw. Remove sealed fish package from box. Carefully puncture sealed fish package. Refrigerate until completely thawed (about 8-10 hours). Cold water (quick) thaw. Submerge sealed fish package in cold water until thawed. Keep frozen until ready to use. Serve immediately after thawing. Maintain product temperature below 38° f after thawing when not in use. Store thawed fish in refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze. Do not use if vacuum pack is punctured or leaking prior to opening. Note: Do not thaw in refrigerator with vaccum seal intact. Mix & serve. Once thawed, mix salmon with included sauce packet in a bowl. Add your additional toppings of choice. Mix and serve immediately. Sriracha salmon. Serving suggestion: add 1/4 cup of diced white onion and green onion. Keep frozen.
