This bottle of white wine spent 10 months barrel aging in a combination of old and new French oak, contributing notes of butterscotch and vanilla and a full, smooth mouthfeel. This California wine bursts with bright aromas of vanilla, crème brûlée, and baked apple, each sip unveiling balanced acidity and notes of pineapple and toasted oak flavor.
