Cooking Instructions: Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Place meal on a cookie sheet and cook on middle oven rack for 14 minutes or until 165 degrees F. 3. Remove meal from oven on cookie sheet; let stand for 2 minutes before carefully removing film. Please Note: The cooking instructions above were developed to produce the best possible product in a conventional oven. However, because ovens vary, cooking times may vary. Do not place under a broiler. Do not set oven temperature above 375 degrees F. Failure to use a cookie sheet may result in damage to the serving tray and food. Microwave Oven: 1. Place sealed tray in microwave. 2. Microwave on high power for 3 minutes or until 165 degrees F. 3. Let stand for 2 minutes before carefully removing film, then serve. Please Note: The cooking instructions above were developed in an 1100 watt microwave and were designed to produce the best possible product by cooking each tray individually. Microwave ovens vary. Please increase or decrease your cooking time to ensure cooking. Cook thoroughly. Do not thaw before cooking. Do not prepare in a toaster oven.
