Preparation Instructions: 1. Rinse thoroughly and drain. Be sure to squeeze out all excess water. 2. Dry with paper towel. 3. Serve with your favorite protein and vegetables. Create delicious hot or cold dishes, use in stir-fry or add to soups. For best results, allow to absorb sauce for a few minutes. Seafood Shirataki Pasta: Ingredients: 200g of Liviva Shirataki Pasta, 3 tbsp butter, 3 cloves minced garlic, 1-1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, 1 lb raw shrimp, 1-1/2 cup chicken broth, 2 tbsp chopped parsley, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp garlic and onion powder, Parmesan cheese for topping. Directions: Prepare Liviva Shirataki Pasta according to the package. Heat 1 tbsp butter in skillet over medium heat add garlic, red pepper flakes and shrimps, saute for 2 minutes & remove shrimps from skillet. Deglaze skillet with chicken broth and shimmer until the liquid is reduced by half. Stir in remaining 2 tsp butter, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder and shrimps. Toss in Shirataki Pasta. Serve with parmesan cheese and enjoy! Do not freeze. Store in a cool dry place.
