In 1896, Teresa Marzetti opened her small Italian restaurant in Columbus, Ohio, where it became a local favorite known for its salad dressings. By 1955, the restaurant upstairs became a full-scale salad dressing factory, distributing dressings into grocery stores throughout Ohio. Directions

To Warm: Place caramel in a microwave-safe container, heat in 10 second intervals, stirring in between, until warm. Caution: Caramel heats rapidly, do not overheat. Refrigerate after opening.
