For your protection follow these handling instructions: Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Thaw product thoroughly prior to cooking. Slice into 1/2 inch thick patties and place in a skillet. Cook over medium-low heat for 10 -13 minutes turn often, brown evenly. Sausage is cooked thoroughly when internal temperature reads 170 degrees f and no internal pink is visible. Frozen for your protection. Refreeze or refrigerate.
