How to Play: 1. Set all spaces to blank. 2. Each player selects either x or 0. 3. The two players take turns spinning the blank spaces. 4. The first player to get all of their x's or o's in a row, wins! 5. Three in a row may be: Up-down. across diagonally. 6. If all blank spaces have been filled, but neither player has 3 in a row, the game is a draw. No winner. Play again!
