Cooking Directions: (1) Measure 2 cups water and bring to a boil, add a teaspoon of cooking oil and 1 teaspoon of salt, if desired. (2) Stir in I cup rice and return to boil. (3) Cover the saucepan. Lower the heat and simmer 20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and all the water is absorbed.
