French Blue Crémant de Bordeaux Brut Rosé is a new discovery in bubbles. The Bordeaux region of France is highly renowned for producing some of the best wines in the world. French Blue Crémant de Bordeaux Brut is made following the méthode traditonnelle process and is classified as a Crémant (which means creamy). Crémant accounts for only 2% of production in Bordeaux. Our Crémant de Bordeaux Brut is pale gold in color with delicate bubbles. Complex on the nose with aromas of white flowers, sweet almonds, and a touch of wild strawberry. Fresh acidity. Creamy mousse, brioche notes on the finish.
