Microwave Heating Instructions (Based on an 1100 watt oven): 1. Leave omelet in wrapper, open one end. 2. Microwave on high. 1 Omelet: Cook 1 min, then flip. Cook 1 min more. 2 Omelets: Cook 2 min, then flip. Cook 2 min more. 3. Let cool for 30 seconds, remove from wrapper and enjoy. Product should be heated to 165 degrees F internal temperature.
