Directions
Preparation Directions: Please place the frozen crème brûlées in the fridge for five hours (until they are fully defrosted). Ready to eat. This product may be served hot or cold. Cold: Remove the foil lid and sprinkle the packet of caramel flakes on top of the creme brulee. Enjoy! Hot: Conventional Oven Preheat the oven in broil mode. Remove the foil lid and sprinkle the packet of caramel flakes on top of the creme brulee. Place the creme brulee under the grill as close as possible to the heat source. Leave to brown for 90 seconds until the caramel flakes have caramelized. Before enjoying the creme brulee, let it cool for a few minutes, to get a thin layer of crunchy caramel. Alternate Finishing Instructions: Remove the foil lid and sprinkle the packet of caramel flakes on top of the creme brulee. Use a torch to caramelize the caramel flakes. Let it cool for a few minutes, to get a thin layer of crunchy caramel. Perishable. Keep frozen. Do not refreeze.
