Corn is a crop with deep roots in our Mexican heritage that our ancestors have been eating and enjoying through the ancient process of nixtamalization for thousands of years. This process changes the profile of the corn by soaking the kernels in lime and then stone-grinding them. Heritage-Inspired Nixtamalized Maiz: Because these crunch like tortilla chips but taste like a taco, we're pretty steadfast in our belief that these Taco Seasoning Corn Tortilla Chips are "all that and a bag of chips." After all, what's better than/ taco you can take anywhere? The idea for these chips came when we started topping our corn tortilla chips with a household favorite-our Siete Mild Taco Seasoning. Made with organic corn, we created these for more people to enjoy. Buen provecho! Enjoy with family, friends, and neighbors because together is better! Our Story: Siete is a third-generation Mexican-American food brand, rooted in the seven (Siete!) members of the Garza family from Laredo, Texas.
