Must cook thoroughly -See cook instructions. Microwave (Recommended): 1. Remove pouch from carton. Place pouch, printed side up, on microwavable plate. Do not cut slit in pouch. 2. Microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Microwave Wattage: 1200; Time on High*: 4 to 4-1/2 min. Microwave Wattage: 1000; Time on High*: 5 to 6 min. Microwave Wattage: 700; Time on High*: 6 to 6-1/2 min. *Wattages vary; adjust cooking times as needed. Product will vent while cooking; a popping sound may be heard. Let stand 1 minute. Pull or cut to open. Empty into serving dish; stir. Stove-Top: 1. Empty contents of pouch into nonstick skillet. 2. Cover; cook on medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked. Break up and stir occasionally. Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Caution: Hot. Important: Do not heat pouch in boiling water. Keep frozen.
