Pancakes: Makes 12 pancakes. You Will Need: 2 cups just add water Bisquick mix. 1-1/3 cups water*. 1. Heat: Skillet over medium-high heat or griddle to 375 degrees F. Grease with vegetable oil or shortening. 2. Stir ingredients until well blended (batter will be thin)**. 3. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter into hot greased skillet for each pancake. 4. Cook: Until edges are dry. Turn; cook about 1 minute longer or until golden brown. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change. *Milk can be used instead of the water. **For thicker pancakes, stir in additional mix. To Make: 6 or 7 pancakes: 1 cup mix; 2/3 cup cold water. To Make: 20 to 22 pancakes: 3 cups mix; 2 cup cold water. Waffles: Makes 12 (4-Inch) Waffles: You Will Need: 2 Cups. Just Add Water Bisquick Mix. 1-1/4 cups water*. 2 tbsp vegetable oil. 1. Heat waffle maker. 2. Stir ingredients until well blended (batter will be thin)**. 3. Pour onto center of greased waffle maker. 4. Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Remove carefully. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Add 1/4 cup all-purpose flour to the mix and increase oil to 1/3 cup. *Milk can be used instead of the water. **For thicker waffles, stir in additional mix.
