Directions
Miso: Simmer & Serve Sauce. Total Time: 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick Simmer & Serve Sauce Mix. 1 cup water. Stove Directions: 1. Whisk water and Sauce Mix in small saucepan until well blended. 2. Stirring frequently, cook on medium heat until sauce comes to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute, stirring occasionally. (Sauce will thicken upon standing.) Must be cooked for food safety. Microwave Directions: 1. Stir water into Sauce Mix in microwave safe bowl. 2. Microwave on high 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring after each minute. Microwave ovens vary; cook time is approximate. Kitchen Tips: Serve over chicken, pork, seafood, vegetables or rice, if desired. For a flavorful twist, stir in a dash of cayenne pepper or green onions while simmering.
